Stephen F. Mitchell is the principle owner of Mitchell & Associates International. Since 2000 he has been operating in the international environment, living and practicing in Japan and Germany. He has assisted individuals,contractors and international organizations manage their accounting, taxes and financial responsibilities. Mr. Mitchell has B.S. Degree in Accounting from Florida A & M University, a Masters in Organization Management from Regis University and a Certified Public Accountant since 1988. Mr. Mitchell's personal approach, attention to detail and tax expertise have assisted many clients resolve complex tax and operating issues while living abroad.
